16k+ English Teacher Needed in China

Job description

1. Job title: English Teacher;

2. Provide English course to students of al l ages (2 to 12 main ly);

3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and part icipate in marketing activities;

4. Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study pla ns, activity plannin g, and other tasks);

5. Handle class sizes from 4-6;

6. 5 working days per week, available (must work) on weekend;

7. Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching); each class is 40 minutes long

Benefits Package

1. Basic salary: 16, 000+ RMB per month (before tax);

2. Bonus system

a. Contract completion bonus: up to 15,000 RMB;

b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation;

c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB per extra class taught,

d. Bonus for performance up to 6000 RMB per quar ter;

3. Allowance system

a. Housing allowance: 2,000 R MB per month;

b. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of the contract;

c. Sign-in allowance: 6,000 RMB paid in the first paycheck (Once only)

4. Other benefits

a. Visa support: provide legal residence permit;

b. Medical & acci dent insurance;

c. Paid holiday: 15 days public holiday +10 days an nual leave;

d. Nursing Leave: 5 days (Only for male teachers)

Requirements

1. Native English speaker only;

2. Bachelor´s or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;

3. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;

4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;

5.22-45 years old
