School Description:

The school provides Chinese students with education and training from kindergarten to graduate students and overseas study guidance. The school course is taught around the latest syllabus of local schools in the United States, and covers the new curriculum standards for compulsory education in the Chinese Ministry of Education.

 

Job Description:

1.The ELA program is prepared to expand to multiple cities in China. Teachers for the program will find themselves in a position to gain experience in curriculum development and teacher training. Each of our three Shanghai campuses provide teachers with projectors, WIFI access，access to printer and copier. Additionally, materials, lesson plans, and training will be provided.

2.Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering lessons to students
• Approximately 60 hours of teaching per month (no office hour) • Assistance in R&D and participation in marketing seminars

3.Working Hours: Around 60 hours teaching hour per month 2 days off during the weekdays

4.Student age: middle school and high school students

5.Group size: around 8 students

6.Start Time: ASAP

7.Number needed: 2-3

Requirements:

1.Native English speaker with excellent pronunciation

2.Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 1-year related teaching experience, preferably 2 (not major in science and engineering)

3.Max. 40 years old

4.A self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment.

5.A proven team-player who can work effectively with people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

6.Evidence of leadership potential and a stated interest in growing as a professional.

7.Excellent communication skills

8.Debate experience is a big plus that could include an added salary.

Salary and Benefit:

1.Base Salary: 16k-22k RMB/month
