About School:

IMP is an organization of private preschools and kindergartens located in various cities throughout China. The schools provide a high quality educational experience for children from two through six years old. The philosophy of active learning and developmentally appropriate practice is a hallmark of the school’s unique offerings to parents.

Position Details:

• Student age range: 3 - 6 years old.

• Reasonable class size: 20 - 25 students.

• Deliver lesson in 15 - 30 minutes

• 40 working hours/ week from Monday to Friday.

• Provided curriculum, all materials.

• Teaching assistant is available in each class.

• Training: Two weeks initial training days will be provided by the school and paid.

Who are we looking for?

• Have a strong work ethic, be nurturing, student focused and become a part of the local community. Knowledge of child development and the stages of growth of young children

• Native English Speakers

• Willing to lead children in singing daily.

• Degree: BA or equivalent in education or the social sciences

• Experience: two years’ experience either in teaching or in group care of young children or a TEFL certificate

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: RMB 19,000 – 25,000 after tax

• Housing: Provided studio or 2-bedroom apartment or 4000 RMB for housing allowance per month.

• Airfare reimbursement of 6000 RBM

• 12 month health insurance covered

• Annual Holiday: Paid 1 weeks in summer and 1 week in Winter which can be discussed with school

• Sponsor Z working visa
