	 REQUIREMENTS: Native English Speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Education background: + Teaching certification:  TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA. Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience required. Start time: ASAP, in November 2019. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Salary: $1600/ month, no tax. Housing:  Insurance: Health Insurance provided. Holidays: Paid national and international holidays. Vacation: Paid summer and winter vacation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with young kids from 6  to 11 years old. Manage small class size: 15 - 20 students in each class. Deliver English class with a local teaching assistant.  Work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours/ week. Create lesson plans according to British curriculum.  ABOUT TAUNGGYI: Taunggyi is the capital and largest city of Shan State, Myanmar and lies on the Thazi-Kyaingtong road at an elevation of 4,712 feet, just north of Shwenyaung and Inle Lake within the Myelat region. Taunggyi’s culturally diverse population means that it has places of worship for a host of religions, including a number of mosques, a Chinese Buddhist monastery.
