What is your responsibilities?

• Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 12 mainly);

• Provide demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in

marketing activities;

• Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, and other tasks);

• Handle class sizes from 4-6;

• 5 working days per week, available (must work) on weekend;

• Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching); each class is 40 minutes long

Who are we looking for?

• Native English speakers

• Have a Bachelor degree at least

• Have TEFL/TESOL/ CELTA

What is the offer?

• Basic salary: 16,000+ RMB per month

• Bonus system:

• Contract completion bonus: up to 15K RMB

• Bonus for new teachers: 5K RMB

• Overtime pay : 150 RMB/class

• Quarterly bonus: depends

• Bonus for enrollment: 1K RMB/1 student

• Allowance system:

• Housing allowance: 2K RMB

• Flight allowance: 6K RMB
