School overview: This is an internationally minded, bilingual kindergarten in Shanghai for students aged 2 to 6 years, with approximately 220 in attendance. students are 50:50 Chinese: International. The Kindergarten follows a UK best practice / Montessori curriculum that values exploration and creativity. The school´s mission is to provide children with high quality educational experiences in an environment of imagination, inquiry, care, and respect. Teachers come from a range of different countries including the UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and China.

Note: These positions will be at a brand new campus opening in March, with teachers ideally being on board in January. These Early Years roles will be teaching children ranging from 3-5 years old.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements: 

- Applicants must have 2 years of experience 

- An inquiry based approach is preferred

- The school accepts applications from fully qualified teachers, trained in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Ireland

- Teachers must be enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team.

Package: 

- Salary from RMB 16,000 to RMB 28,000 after tax per month

- RMB 9000 housing allowance

- Flights (RMB 10,000 max.)

- Bonus of 5% of annual income on completion of 2 year contract, every year afterwards.
