1) Job Profile
- Maximum of 120 hours a month (30 teaching hours per week (no office hours).
- Class size: maximum of 15 students per class.
- Student age: 5 – 16 year olds.
- Lesson plans and activities provided.
- Weekend classes with 2 days off during the weekdays.
02) Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required or above required.
- TESOL certificate 120 hours plus preferred (No TESOL? - the school can sponsor one).
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland & South Africa
- Clean Criminal record check.
03) Compensation
- Competitive Salary starting at 20 000 RMB – 32 000 per RMB per month (based on qualifications & experience).
- 4000 RMB monthly Housing Allowance. (AUD $831.00 or USD $564.00)
- 4000 RMB Contract Completion Bonus. (AUD $831.00 or USD $564.00 )
- 6000RMB Flight Allowance (after Contract Completion). (AUD $ 1246 or USD $ 845.00).
- 14 days Paid Personal Leave.
- 10 days National Holidays (Fully paid) .
- Legal, fully-financed ‘Z’ Work Visa provided.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance provided.
- Professional pre-job training with ongoing program supervision.
