Maple School is a small language school located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. We are currently looking for a teacher to replace our current teacher, Jen, who will be moving on after about 4 years with us. She has done a marvellous job but she feels it is time to explore new opportunities.
The position is to start on April 1, 2020. Full-time, with a salary of 250,000 yen/month. The position involves teaching English to students of all ages. Classes are divided based on age and English ability with the hope of both increasing efficiency and making it as easy as possible for the teacher to handle. Many classes are team taught with a Japanese teacher.
The school will provide a working visa. A large, furnished house is available for the teacher for a low monthly rent.
