JOB DETAILS

Job Description:
1. Provide an organized, disciplined and stimulating English environment for students’ learning
both inside and outside the classroom.
2. Reflect with the English team to share ideas and challenges and work in a mutually supportive
environment to provide a high-quality English Program to all students
3. To design English syllabi, teaching plans, coursework and examination papers;
4. Support the needs of the classroom around events, field trips, cultural theme, or for classroom
management;
5. To communicate with colleagues and parents about students’ issues on a regular basis.
6. Participate in professional development, meetings, school functions and retreats.
7. Follow the IFY USPPFAPGERMANADFP program to teach EAP classes

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications for all Subject teachers:

1. Native English speaker; proficiency in directing reading, listening, speaking and writing skills
2. A master’s degree or above, a recognized ELT diploma or equivalent
3. A master’s in TEFL/ TESOL or Applied Linguistics is preferred
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate advantageous
5. At least 2 years English teaching experience

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Benefits:18K-25k RMB per month after tax, 13th month salary, 10000 RMB as the flight tickets
