New teachers are fully trained in our curriculum before ever entering the classroom. Once there, you´ll be teaching everyday with a Chinese co-teacher. Our experienced directors and staff are dedicated to ensuring your success as well as your students.

We offer 2 classes between Kindergarten and 6th grade
- 10,000RMB/month (take home)
- 15 classroom hours / week
- 6 office hours
- No more than 20 students per class
- Same class all year
- M-F 7:30am - 4:40pm

Qualifications & Requirements
- Required CertificatesTESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
- Education RequiredBachelor
- Minimum Teaching Experience1 Year
Additional Requirements
- Desire to live and work in Beijing
- 25-55 years old and in good health
- Native English speaker from North America
- Current criminal background report form state agency
- Valid Passport with at least 2 years remaining
- 1-2 years teaching experience and references
- ESL certificate or English degree or Education degree
- Available to complete z visa process in a timely manner
- Able to return to home country if needed
- Ability to stay contact with email, calls or text no matter where you are
- Willingness to learn and teach
- Able to be flexible
Job Benefits
- 10000-18000 RMB/month after tax = 1570-2840 USD/month after tax
- 1000 RMB/month bonus for applicants with a Master’s degree in Education or a government issued teaching credential
