Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any subject
- TEFL / TESOL / or CELTA certificate (of at least 120 hours) (*If CELTA only 3-6 months of teaching experience required.)
- Must be a native English speaker from one of the following countries: UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
- 2yrs post graduation teaching experience
- No criminal record
- Willing to work weekends on a rota basis
- Be energetic and engaging in the classroom
- Be passionate about teaching English in China
Package:
Packages depend on a variety of factors including location, hours worked and role. See below:
35 hours a week – 30 contact and 5 office hours
Possibility of 14 hours a week teaching in the centre
- 16000 RMB base salary (£1850 / $2300)
- 500 RMB possible monthly bonus (£57 / $75)
- 1,500 RMB possible quarterly training bonus (£170 / $215)
- 7000 RMB contract completion bonus (£810 / $1000)
For Beijing locations only, in addition to above:
- Extra 1,000 RMB monthly salary (£120 / $145)
- 10,000 RMB flight allowance (£1200 / $1450)
- 15,000 RMB sign on bonus, paid over first 3 months (£1750 / $2175)
- 3,000 RMB monthly city allowance (£350 / $435)
- 25 hours a week – 21 contact and 4 office hours (Online Teaching only)
- 11200 RMB base salary (£1300 / $1600)
- 200 RMB possible monthly bonus (£23 / $29)
- 750 RMB possible quarterly training bonus (£86 / $108)
- 3500 RMB contract completion bonus (£400 / $500)
For Beijing locations only, in addition to above:
- Extra 700 RMB monthly salary (£810 / $1000)
- 10,000 RMB flight allowance (£1200 / $1450)
- 15,000 RMB sign on bonus, paid over first 3 months (£1750 / $2175)
Both contracts offer the following benefits:
- Bonuses: Will be discussed during interview
