Part-time native English teacher needed for a Bangkok language school. The candidate must be available evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate must have a good grasp of technical grammar, an outstanding personality, and a willingness to improve as a teacher. They must also be a qualified and experienced native English speaker who is happy to teach a mix of:

-adults (60%)

-children (25%)

-and teenagers (15%)

We teach a wide rang of courses, including business English, academic tests (IELTS, TOEFl, TOEIC, etc.), phonics and many more.

Modulo provides all teachers with high-quality training programs for all age groups, specific courses and general teaching methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate MUST:

-hold a bachelor´s degree

-hold an English teaching certificate (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL)

-currently reside in Thailand

-be available on evenings and weekends

-be a native English speaker from Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand

Modulo pays 400 baht per 50-minute lesson. 

We mainly teach private (75%) and semi-private (20%, 2-4 students) classes as well as small groups (5%, up to 8 students).

While we mostly teach adults from Monday to Friday, children and small groups dominate the weekend schedule, so experience with this type of class is also a bonus.

Modulo Language school has two branches located near the Rama 9 MRT station in the Central Plaza Rama 9 shopping center and near the BTS in Central World shopping center. Both schools are easily accessible by MRT or BTS. We teach all age groups and all skill levels. We offer our instructors paid training, continual guidance/professional development, and working with us is a great opportunity to practice a great variety of teaching skills and techniques.
