Shane English School Shenyang is located in the heart of Shenyang city. It is an exciting new school positioned on the 3rd floor of a shopping centre. The local staff are very excited to meet the foreign teachers and the school will provide a family-friendly atmosphere to work in.
Job Description
22 teaching hours per week
5 office hours per week (including prep time)
2 consecutive days off
teaching students aged 3-14
Shane Shijiazhuang includes at most 27 working hours per week – which includes 22 teaching hours a week – and a maximum of 108 hours monthly. Most of the time is at Shane English School, Dimoma Center.
School management will arrange kindergarten classes and primary school classes based on working hours. Classes at Shane Shijiazhuang usually has 8-12 students per class. We set classes based on students’ ages and their English levels. All the students will be 3 and 14 years old – kindergarten, elementary, and teenaged.
The school uses Shane teaching materials and will supply a basic training course for new teachers. Later on, there is additional teacher training and research activities at the language centre. We have computers, internet access, and interactive whiteboards in classrooms to help teachers make the most of their lessons.
Job Requirements
a passport from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or South Africa
a bachelor’s degree or better
