Saudi Arabia enjoys a very vibrant, social and welcoming expatriate life style but it is not advertised on bill boards in big flashing lights. You have to go out to find it. Work is a good starting point to start you social life and from there it is a matter of networking and word of mouth. On the streets of Riyadh shopping and eating appear to be the main pastime especially for the locals and you are welcome to join in; there are big malls with western retail outlets and there is the usual array of restaurant chains.
Requirements: You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of one year post qualifying experience. You should have a passion for your subject. You need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life. You should be culturally sensitive and respectful of local traditions. Overseas contracts are assigned specific country quota´s and the school can hire from: US, Canada, South Africa and UK.
Package: Salary from US $32000 to $37000 TAX FREE depending upon experience. Single fully furnished accommodation is provided in Apartments with 24hr security. You will receive annual flights, a one relocation allowance and medical cover. Married teaching couples can be considered and tuition discount is offered (40%).
