Beijing, the capital of People’s Republic of China, is a fascinating place for tourists home and abroad. As one of China´s four ancient capitals, with its profound history of 3000 years, Beijing is the cultural, political, and historical center of China. It is widely considered to be one of the most magnificent cities in the world. 

 1.Job details: 

· Student age range: 2 – 12 years old. 

· Class size: 10 – 15 students in one class. 

· Class length: 45 minutes to 60 minutes containing various teaching techniques. 

· Working Hours: No more than 40 hours/week, teaching hour is around 20-35 hours/week. Working hours are from 9am to 6pm on weekends, around 1:30pm to 8:30pm on weekdays, 2 days off during the weekdays.

· Pre-job Training: You will receive 15 hotel paid days during initial training and get RMB 300 per day during training period (for candidates who passed training exams). 

· Airfare to China: One-way flight to China will be provided by the school.

· Visa: Assistance in sponsored legal Z Work Visa in your home country and in China. 

QUALIFICATIONS

 3. Requirements to Teach English in China: 

· Native English speaker

· Degree: BA or above

· Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate preferred. 

· Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China. 

2. Salary and benefits: 

· Monthly income: USD 3300 - 3800 (RMB 23,000 - 26,000) before tax, including 100 teaching hours, plus demo class bonus (different center situation may vary), teaching hours rate and housing allowance are included.

· Bonus: At least USD1,450 (RMB 10,000) contract completion bonus.

· Demo Class Bonus: New student sign-up will get RMB 50 bonus.

· Free TEFL Study: Free TEFL Online course (Around USD350).

· First year contract completion bonus of USD1,45(RMB 10,000).

· Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays off (the specifics will be arranged by centers) , around 10-15 days off during the Chinese lunar new year.

· Sick Leave: Each month 1 sick day off with 50% salary (with doctor’s note). 

· USD720 (RMB5,000) interest free loan

· Contract extension will benefit from USD285-428 (RMB2,000-3,000) pay raise
