A secondary school in Wuhan, China is seeking full-time teachers of TESOL for contracts of one year or longer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct English assessment of students.
- Develop appropriate learning plan according to the level of each student.
- Responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc.
- Deliver learner centered teaching for classroom and one-on-one teaching
Job Requirements
- Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years teaching experience
- Motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive basic salary 10,000-16,000 rmb/month (about $1,500-$2,350 USD) based on the candidate’s quality
- Quarterly incentive bonus of 2,500 rmb (about $370 USD)
- Accommodation allowance 2,000-3,000 rmb/month
- International airfare allowance 8,000-10,000 rmb/yr
- Reimbursed work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
- Comprehensive medical and accidental insurance
- 10 days paid annual leave plus 12 days public holiday/per year, two days off/week
- 7 nights hotel accommodation upon arrival and assistance in accommodation search.
Each teacher will participate in a full orientation upon arrival. Teacher will also be able to participate in regular professional development activities conducted by our local and international trainers. Opportunities for promotion abound.
