To qualify you’ll need the following:
l
Bachelor’s degree
l
120 TEFL certificate
l
Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa or non-native speaker who currently in China with a z visa.
l
Experience teaching young learners preferred.
l Plenty of passion and energy.
What we offer:
★★Package up to 282,500RMB per month includes★★:

Basic Salary:
12000RMB-19000RMB /month（after tax）based on experience and qualifications.
l
Accommodation:
2,000RMB as a monthly housing allowance(it will be enough to rent a nice appartment).
l
Flight Allowance:
10,000RMB yearly provided lump-sum as a contract completion bonus.
l
Health Insurance:
Comprehensive PICC Health Insurance.
l
Work visa:
Paid Z-visa, residence permit and sponsored foreign experts teaching license
l
Holidays:
22 paid days holiday per year.

Referral Bonus:
Up to 8000RMB for each new teacher you refer to our recruiters-bring your friends!

Loyalty Bonus:
Up to 4000RMB Contract renew bonus.
End of year salary increase based on performance from 5%-15%
