Since opening in 2001, we have been providing high-quality English courses for children and adults and currently have two centers in the city. We currently have over 30 foreign teachers from a multitude of English speaking countries. We offer extensive support to new teachers as they adapt to life in China, providing SIM cards, wifi in staff apartments, assistance with opening a bank account and a tutor of the neighborhood you will be living in. 

Our ideal candidates are lively, enthusiastic, and committed to teaching. We are looking for teachers with an interest in working with children of all ages and who want to become part of a supportive and accommodating team.

Our teachers are responsible for helping groups of young learners achieve their full potential in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Our lessons are fun, engaging and communicative. Our dedicated teachers enjoy the freedom and creativity of designing their own lesson plans while following a set curriculum for each age group and level. Meeting with the same groups of students from week to week, we experience the job satisfaction of developing a close rapport with our learners and seeing measurable progress taking place over time. Our team is committed to providing the best in academic quality and also committed to developing professionally, both by receiving and providing teacher support in a positive, friendly, accommodating work environment.

In addition to excellent professional development, we also believe in providing the best possible experience outside the classroom for teachers taking the big step of moving to live and work abroad. We provide accommodation within walking distance of the school so you don’t have to stress about finding an apartment or bother with commuting to work. We provide you with a SIM card (and loan of a phone if you don’t already have one) so you can get connected shortly after your arrival. Local staff is there to help out with things like needing to see a doctor or maintenance queries with your apartment or needing to know where to buy things.

Teachers work a maximum 20 hours per week and do not have extra office hours.
