Guangzhou is the capital and the most populous city in Guangdong in Southern China. The climate in Guangzhou is sub-tropical with plenty of rainfalls. The scenery in Guangzhou is extremely breath-taking with flowers blooming all year-round.

3. WHAT ARE THE TEACHING CONDITIONS?

- 3/4 PM -8:30/9 PM: Can be flexible

- 35 working hours per week ( 30 classes + Non- teaching )

- Each class is 40 mins long.

- Students ages mainly: 3-12 years old.

4. WHAT MAKE YOU QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB?

- Native English teachers from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia,

- Hold at least a Bachelor degree

- Hold a TEFL certificate or at least 2 years of experience in teaching English

2. HOW ABOUT THE SALARY AND BENEFITS?

- Base salary: 16,000 RMB- 18000 RMB per month;

- Housing allowance: 4,000 RMB per month;

- Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB;

- Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1500 RMB

- Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH

- Quarterly bonus: up to 6000 RMB depending on

performance

- Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first-month salary) + 6.000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)
