QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a top tier British curriculum school, hold an NPQH of Masters in Educational Leadership. You will be a strategic leader who can demonstrate and acute business acumen in leading a commercially successful school, evidence of raising academic attainment through excellence in delivery of teaching and learning while observing outstanding safeguarding practices. You will be able to manage strategic and operational developments plans with the remainder of the build for the new campus, while delivering marketing strategies to support the ambitious growth plans for the school. The successful candidate will also have experience of securing accreditation recognised by ministries and departments of education, further cementing the schools commitment to education.
