QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements: You should be a qualified and dynamic leader with a minimum of five years previous leadership experience at a similar level, capable of managing multiple campus sites. Previous multi school leadership would be beneficial, UK and or IB curriculum experience is highly desirable but not essential. To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a solid work history, and demonstrate commitment to raising attainment, providing an inclusive and holistic education. While you will be supported by a successful and well known group of schools, you will need to be proficient with developing, implementing, championing policies within the schools for the benefit of the students, staff and the school. As the principal of a these popular schools, you will be an inspirational leader, who is capable of growing the school to become the preferred choice of school for the region.
