SALARY AND BENEFITS!

+ Base salary including housing allowance (fixed scale, non negotiable):

- 21,000 RMB (new teacher with BA)
- 22500 -25000 RMB  (BA + TEFL+ years of official teaching experience)

TEACHING ENVIRONMENT

- Student age: 3 - 14 years old
- Ideal class size: 6-10 students/class
- 5 working day with only 16 teaching hours, 16 office hours and 4 training hours per week
- Local Teaching assistant in each class.
