QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements: You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of four years post qualifying experience for this department leading role. Ideally you will have led a successful department previously. Extensive experience of EAL students is a must. UK experience is desirable but not essential if you are an adaptable and flexible confident educator. Experience of working with SEN students is a distinct advantage. You should have an inquiry based approach to your teaching and an ability to work well within a variety of cultures. You should be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life!
