Position Details:

·Student age range: 2 – 6 years old.

·Class size: 20 – 30 students per class.

·Class length: 15-30 minutes per class.

·Working Hours: 40 hours (Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm); office hours and teaching hours.

·Curriculum: The pre-school provides a high-scope curriculum, the school will provide all materials

·necessary.

·Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher.

·Training: Two weeks initial training days will be provided by the school and paid.

· 

Responsibilities

·As an Imagine preschool English teacher, your responsibilities will include;

·Creating and developing sports, music and arts classes.

·Produce weekly parent reports, small learning groups, student development portfolio, and 1 to 1 parent teacher conferences.

·Requirements to Teach in China:

·Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.

·Degree: BA or equivalent in education or the social sciences

·Experience: two years’ experience either in teaching or in group care of young children or a TEFL

 

 

Your compensation will include:

·Monthly income: USD 2600– 3600 (RMB 18,000 – 25,000) after tax

·Base Salary: USD 2600– 3200 (RMB 18,000 – 22,000) after tax

·Housing: Provided studio or 2-bedroom apartment or 3000 RMB for housing allowance per month.

Additional Payments:

·Airfare Bonus: Provided once contract is fulfilled USD 890 (RMB 6,000).

·Over time: Amount stipulated in contract by school*

·Insurance: Accidental Health insurance.

·Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays paid off and Christmas day paid off.

·Annual Holiday: Paid 1 weeks in summer and 1 week in Winter which can be discussed with

·school

·Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
