The English Specialist plays an essential teaching role an individual campus under the guidance of his/her Campus Principal and the Deputy Head of the English Department. The English Specialist is responsible for direct implementation and instruction of the Etonkids English Curriculum to his/her assigned classroom and students (either ages 0-2.5 or 2.5-6). On all classroom issues, the English Specialist will report directly to his/her Lead Montessori Teacher and develop a team-oriented environment with his/her classroom teaching team.

The English Specialist is in charge of preparing and creating teaching materials each month that match the provided English curriculum and conduct the English classes or guide the International classroom in an immersive English-speaking environment.

The English Speacialists has direct rapport  with the Children, the classroom English assistant and the Lead Teacher and monitors the students´ development and identifies and targets their specific needs.

As an Etonkids Team member, the English Specialist assists in overall Campus English activities and participates and maintains the positive environment for the children, the parents, the Team and the society.
