Imagine Preschool of excellence is an organization of private preschools and kindergartens located in various cities throughout China. The schools provide a high quality educational experience for children from two through six years old. The philosophy of active learning and developmentally appropriate practice is a hallmark of the school’s unique offerings to parents.

Position Details:

• Student age range: 3 - 6 years old.

• Class size: 20 - 30 students per class.

• Class length: 15 - 30 minutes per class.

• Working Hours: 40 hours (Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm); office hours and teaching hours.

• Curriculum: The pre-school provides a high-scope curriculum, the school will provide all materials necessary.

• Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher.

• Training: Two weeks initial training days will be provided by the school and paid

What We Offer our English Teachers:

• Air ticket: One way to China

• Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.

• Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.

• On boarding: Ground service assistance.

Your compensation will include:

Monthly income: USD 2800 – 3000 (RMB 19,000 – 20,000) before tax *

• Base Salary: USD 2200 – 2300 (RMB 15,000 – 16,000) before tax *

• Housing: Provided studio or 2-bedroom apartment or 3000 RMB for housing allowance per month.

Additional Payments:

• Airfare Bonus: Provided once contract is fulfilled USD 890 (RMB 6,000).

• Over time: Amount stipulated in contract by school*

• Insurance: Accidental Health insurance.

• Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays paid off and Christmas day paid off.

• Annual Holiday: Paid 1 weeks in summer and 1 week in Winter which can be discussed with school

We are looking for teachers

• Have a strong work ethic, be nurturing, student focused and become a part of the local community. Knowledge of child development and the stages of growth of young children

• Native English Speakers

• Willing to lead children in singing daily.

• Willing locate in China

• Degree: BA or equivalent in education or the social sciences

• Experience: two years’ experience either in teaching or in group care of young children or a TEFL certificate
