TEFL Certification
- 11,500 RMB per month for TEFL/CELTA certified teachers
- 12,000 RMB per month for TEFL/CELTA certified teachers with experience
- Flight reimbursement 3,000 RMB
- End of contract bonus 2,000RMB
- Housing allowance 1,500 RMB or Free accommodation provided by the school.
- Airport pick up
- An arrival hotel or school accommodation will be provided until an apartment suitable to the teacher can be found.
- Health insurance is provided. The teacher can join the School’s group insurance scheme, of which the premium will be paid by the School. Or the teacher may opt to purchase his/her own insurance and receive an insurance allowance of 1,300RMB.
- Paid leave. The following days will all be paid vacation days:
- All Chinese public holidays
- Christmas day
- Chinese New Year (This is usually about a week)
- 1 month summer vacation (with half monthly pay)
- Working Hours and Classes
- 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday off
- 25 working hours per week
- Working hours fall between 8:30 and 16:00
