Native English speakers (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland).

Bachelor´s degree or above

You are wondering if TEFL certificate is required?

First Leap will provide a free TEFL course for teacher who hasn’t got hold of one yet, and reimburse 4,500 RMB for teachers having TEFL already! (what could be better)

As long as you have passion for First Leap and for working with young children, you are welcome to join the school International team

★Your Salary and Benefits★

Regarding the fact that First Leap has more than 100 schools over 30 cities in China, the salary range is different for each tier city:

+ Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen: 22,000 - 26,000 RMB

+ Nanjing, Shenyang, Hefei, Chongqing:21,000 - 25,000 RMB

+ The other cities: 17,500 - 20,000 RMB

However, that is not the highest range that you can be offered as First Leap also offer on top:

Demo lesson bonus program which teachers can make 3,000 - 4,000 RMB more/month

Performance bonus: 1,000 - 2,000 RMB/month
