School Information

We are seeking vibrant, enthusiastic and positive new teachers to join our team in Beijing. We currently have 10 centers in Beijing and other centers in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taiyuan, Xi’an and more, and our dedicated teachers have the opportunity of teaching both onsite and offsite classes. There are currently over one hundred English teachers working in our Beijing centers, and we have over 2000 students around China. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching young learners, aged 2 to 12 years old.

 

Main Responsibilities

-          20 teaching hours and 15 hour admin hour in the office

-          Deliver engaging, effective lessons to children

-          Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner

-          Actively participate in school activities, fieldtrips, open houses, and other events

-          Attend professional development workshops and trainings

Requirements

-          Native English speaker (American / Canadian only)

-          Bachelor´s degree

-          TEFL certificate preferred

-          2 year work / teaching experience post graduate preferred

-          25-39 of age preferred

Compensation Package

-          Monthly salary: 12,000 – 20,000 RMB (depending on teaching experience and qualification)

-          Flight allowance: 7,000 RMB after 1 month or 10,000 RMB after 12 months

-          Accommodation: 3,000 RMB (Hotel accommodation provided free for 15 days on arrival)

-          Holidays: Public holidays + Christmas + New Year´s 

-          Insurance: Provided

-          Visa: Provided

-          Training duration: 1 week

-          8,000 RMB startup loan

-          60 Hour TEFL course paid by the school

-          6,000 RMB contract completion bonus

-          1,000 RMB monthly salary raise on 2nd year contract
