General Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare lessons using our highly awarded materials and add your own creativity to make the lesson come alive! (We train you how to do this without boxing you in.)
Teach classes following the principles of Comprehensible Input.
Attend weekly meetings
Job Qualifications:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and US citizens
Full bachelor’s degree
120-hour TEFL certification OR Degree in English/Education
Criminal Background Check
Be prepared to work weekends. Standard teaching contracts in China include weekday evening classes and classes on Saturday and Sunday.
Remuneration Package
12,000 RMB per month AFTER TAX. (All 12,000 is YOURS)

20 teaching hours + 5 Office/Meeting hours per week
Time and a half overtime pay. (225 RMB per hour)
Guaranteed/Required overtime during the student’s Winter Holiday (4-5 weeks), and Summer Holiday (5-6 Weeks)
