Who are we? 

Founded in 2009, First Leap English is a business unit of TAL (Tomorrow Advancing Life) Education Group (NYSE: TAL) and was created to provide much needed quality afterschool English training for children aged 2 – 15 years old in a fun, motivating, and entirely English speaking environment.

Modern highways and railways connect the city with most major cities throughout the country and it is becoming a sparkling metropolis akin to Shanghai and Beijing with skyscrapers, luxury hotels, fashion shopping malls, supermarkets and highly-developed economic zones throughout the city. 

Transport in the city is very convenient with the new metro service in addition to taxis, public buses, tourist special lines and other means of transport. 

Modern amenities in luxury hotels make your stay a comfortable one. 

Dazzling shopping malls and department stores can be found in the commercial areas of the city with stocked plenty of international brand names.

Class size : 8- 10 students / class.

QUALIFICATIONS

5. Requirements:

Native English speakers. 

Hold at least a BA degree 

Have teaching certificate or at least 1 year experience is a plus point. 

Love working with young learners. 

3. Salary and benefits:

Competitive salary: 22,000 - 26,000 RMB (before tax) 

Demo lesson bonus on top for 60 RMB/ student

Bonus on top for any extra hours 120 RMB - 200 RMB

Visa: Assistance in sponsored legal Z Work Visa in your home country and in China.
