Job Responsibilities:

Carry out and support company operations by supervising staff and maintaining/updating office systems. Our school is a friendly and happy working environment and the potential candidate should be friendly, responsible, and a hard worker. Overall your goal will be to continue the smooth running of the reception team while working closely with others in management to improve any areas necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Duties:

- Manage a team of 6 school/office receptionists to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Interacting with trainers and teachers to provide information and assistance.
- Interacting with customers such as trainees, students, businesses and parents including both Thais and foreigners.
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Implementing office policies by following and making necessary adjustments to standards and procedures; measuring results against standards.
- Keeping management updated weekly in meetings with issues and responses.
- Organizing operations by scheduling and assigning work to members of the team; following up on whether it´s completed.
- Holding weekly staff meetings with reception team.
- Maintaining office staff by planning for and recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Requirements:

A Thai national with a degree in a business related field

At least 30 years of age with a minimum of 2 years prior management experience

Fluent and accurate English skills

Proficient with office computer software systems

Organised and able to both delegate and oversee tasks 

SALARY AND BENEFITS

At least ฿25,000 / month (full time)
