OSU English Library is looking for full-time ESL teachers! We are a private academy that is located in Beomeo-dong, Daegu, South Korea. Beomeo is the wealthiest area of the city and has excellent access to public transportation, fantastic restaurants, and great entertainment.
Our academy deals with students in the kindergarten to middle school range. There is a set curriculum that is primarily focused on reading and writing.
-Start date: July / August
-Location: Daegu, South Korea
-Working Hours: 12:30pm-8:00pm (Class starts at 1:30pm)
-Salary range: 2.1-2.5 (based on work experience and qualifications) + 1 month severance bonus upon 1 year completion of contract
- Vacation: 7 days in the summer + 7 days in the winter for a total 14 days including weekends
-Health Insurance and National Pension: Yes
-Housing: Provided.
- Small class sizes: 5-7 students
-3 or 4 classes a day
-E2 sponsoship
Requirements:
-Be a native English speaker
-Hold a valid passport from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
-Hold at a minimum a bachelor´s degree from an accredited university from one of the above countries
-Have a clean national criminal record with Apostille or certification from Korean Consulate (depending on country)
