2. Teaching experience at our Guangzhou Campus 

• Student age : 17 - 80 years old 

 

• Class size : 5 - 12 students / class ( depending on level) 
• Curriculum and course book provided by the school 
• Well furnished classroom with smartboard technology 
• 20 teaching hours, 20 office hours/ week

3. Hangzhou China - the heaven on earth 

• One of China’s most enduringly popular holiday spots, Hángzhōu’s (杭州) dreamy West Lake panoramas and fabulously green hills can easily tempt you into long sojourns. Eulogised by poets and applauded by emperors, the lake has intoxicated the Chinese imagination for aeons. Kept spotlessly clean by armies of street sweepers and litter collectors, its scenic vistas draw you into a classical Chinese watercolour of willow-lined banks, mist-covered hills and the occasional shíkùmén (stone-gate house) and old lǐlòng (residential lane).

5. Requirements 

• Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree
• 120 hour TEFL certificate; CELTA preferred
• 2 years of teaching experience OR 120 hours in-class TEFL / CELTA certificate
• Outgoing, dedicated, professional

 

4. Salary and benefits 

• Excellent salary: 11,200 to 14,000 RMB (approx. 1,600 to 2,000 USD) per month based on experience and qualifications
• 3,500 RMB (500 USD) end of contract bonus
• Bonuses: based on student feedback and training attended
• 11 days Chinese National holidays + 5 days personal holidays
• 10 days free hotel at the beginning of contract and help finding
• Z work visa and work permit costs are covered, including up to 5,000 RMB towards visa agent fees
