Job description
- Position: English Teacher(Future Foreign Teacher Manager)
- 9am to 5pm M-F with 2 hours lunch break
- Conduct developmental and ongoing mentoring and assessments of 2-6 years old kids to determine motor, language, social, cognitive perceptual and emotional skills
- Attend to health, safety, and hygiene of children
- Assist with child care as needed
- Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required
- Implement daily lesson plans and activities with Chinese staff
- Maintain regular communication with parents
- Complete regular assessment of children
- Establish and maintain a courteous and cooperative working relationship with children, families and coworkers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education RequiredBachelor
Additional Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor´s degree and above majored in early childhood education/ education/linguistics/arts/ maths/science
- At least 2 years related experience with reference letter
- Child Development Permit preferred
- ECE units(at least 12 unites) preferred
- Montessori/ Reggio Emilia/ Waldorf / Frobel knowledge and experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid, training and certification in CPR preferred
Job Benefits
- Basic salary: 14,000+ RMB per month
- Bonus system
- Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB
- Monthly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 RMB depending on assessment
