Role Overview: Primary Classes are small (16 students), the school are looking for a Math/English teacher who will share duties with his/her counterpart splitting classes and allowing for differentiation and acceleration.

Understanding PBL and or familiarity with technology is a plus. These classes are student-centred, with a personalised learning platform that encourages student constructed deep dives into a variety of subject material using PBL/ILP as its core platforms and unveils character strength through real world habits and student actions. Student learning is unimpeded by time/space and rewards creativity and personal responsibility aligned to 21st Century Skills underpinned through technology.

Under the "mentorship" of teachers, students will have the freedom to explore knowledge points/technology at differing depths through collaborative effort and research. Parent engagement and community outreach is also one common pillar of all PBL projects and at the end of each day teachers will work together to generate a daily report sent to parents electronically

QUALIFICATIONS

* Fully qualified with at least 5 years post qualifying teaching experience

* Understanding PBL / ILPs and or familiarity with technology is a plus.

* You should have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute to a growing school.
