QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements: Applications from those with at least 5 years of whole school management experience. Applicants should have prior experience of either A-Levels but the most essential requirement is previous experience with high achieving students at the senior high school level. Applicants must have a passion for their subject and the ability to teach exceptionally academically able and motivated students. Experience of working with ESL students will be advantageous

Benefits: Salaries for a Centre Principal range from 33,000 - 53,000 RMB per month (depending on experience and the size of the centre) as well as contract completion bonus of around 20,000 RMB/year, flight allowance of around 12,000 RMB/year, housing allowance depending on the location (3,000-6,000 RMB), medical insurance, paid winter and summer vacation (at least 9 weeks in total).
