JOB DETAILS

We are looking for experienced school managers to manage their own schools in locations throughout China. 

Our school centers are bright, beautiful, and spacious with plenty of teaching materials and resources. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for Chinese and Foreign Teaching Staff
  • Delivers Performance Appraisals (with salary implications) to teachers
  • Responsible for all disciplinary action with his/her team including issuing Warning Letters and making Action Plans
  • Observes, coaches and mentors teachers
  • Responsible for scheduling to some degree (many centers have someone in place for this)
  • Works with Sales and Service managers to ensure teacher support for initiatives and financial success of the center

This is a four-round interview process, starting with Reach To Teach. City placement depends on the second interview and candidate’s experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a position of leadership in a school
  • Overseas work experience
  • Teacher training experience
  • Diploma (DELTA or Dip TESOL) or Masters level qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • Native Speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States
  • 2 years of formal ESL teaching experience 
  • 120-hour CELTA or equivalent
  • Criminal Record Check
  • You must be willing to work weekday nights and weekends

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  1. MONTHLY SALARY: 12,000 - 13,000 RMB per month depending on experience and qualifications
  2. AIRFARE: Roundtrip airfare included
  3. ARRIVAL/RELOCATION BONUS: 3,000RMB to 5,000RMB arrival bonus to help get set up in your new home
  4. HOUSING: Your housing stipend is included in your monthly salary
  5. PAID VACATION: 10 days + National Holidays
