On the Mark is currently looking for qualified and passionate English teachers to teach our professional young adults throughout China. We focus on using a communicative approach to create a fun and stimulating learning program that instills a sense of confidence and creativity in our students. Our class size is kept 4 to 7 students; internally developed curriculum and access to extensive materials ensure that both our students and teachers have everything they require to build the ideal educational environment.

Requirements
•Native English speaker
•Bachelor’s degree
•120 hour TEFL / TESOL or CELTA certificate
•24 months ESL teaching experience except for Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen city
•Suzhou and Wuxi require 2 years teaching experience and a TEFL certificate (any hour)
•Clean criminal record
•12 month commitment
Benefits
Monthly salary:
16,000 RMB (30 teaching hours + 5 office hours)
17,000 RMB (For Tianjin and Guangzhou applicants)
20,000 RMB (For Beijing applicants)
3,000 RMB housing allowance (For Beijing and Guangzhou applicants)
10,000 RMB flight reimbursement (For Beijing and Guangzhou applicants)
10,000 RMB sign on bonus (For Guangzhou applicants)
3,500 - 7,000 RMB contract completion bonus
Hotel accommodation provided free for 10-14 days on arrival
11 Chinese national holidays + 10 personal days
