We are now looking for enthusiastic, professional and qualified English teachers who have a genuine desire to teach young learners aged 0 to 3 years old at our new established school in Chengdu.
We are a modern learning center with locations in Chengdu and Beijing. We focus on giving local families and expatriates the highest possible preschool education. We run international bilingual classes that guide young learners to a great start in life. Our schools offer a relaxing and accommodating learning environment that aims to stimulate creativity and personal growth. Our young learners have the opportunity to learn in modern, safe environment. We also provide a series of well-researched and well-structured curriculum which follow North American standards. We provide education which has a balanced distribution of speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. We encourage our foreign teachers to create a fun and educational learning environment.
We put great emphasis on quality education and we achieve that through our professional teachers’ training, on-going management support and promotional opportunities given to all the teachers.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, linguistic, Art related (Master’s Degree preferred)
-TEFL certificate 120 hours or above preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
-Minimum two years teaching experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens required
-Clean criminal record check
-Fluency in oral and written English
-Professional, positive and culturally aware
-Energetic, friendly and hard-working
Compensation
-Excellent base salary: 10,000 – 15,000 RMB per month
-Monthly housing allowance: 5,000 RMB
-Flight reimbursement: up to 6,000 RMB
-Monthly performance bonus: 1,000 RMB (based on performance)
-Annual bonus: 10,000 RMB (based on performance)
-All national holidays plus 15 summer holidays & 10 winter holidays
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
-Health Insurance provided
-Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision
