EF has been in Ningbo since 2003. Currently we have a group of 5 schools, and each center has over 1000 students. Our Academic Team has over 70 teachers coming from all over the world.

Our students range from 3 to 17 years old, however our main student population consists of students ranging mostly from 4 or 5 to 12 years old. The average group size is of 12 students, and we offer all the necessary support in terms of teaching materials. QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

Bachelor´s degree
A TEFL (Teach English as a foreign language) or TESOL certificate.
The ability to obtain a clear criminal background check
A team player, reliable with a positive attitude

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Benefits

PACKAGE UP TO 13,000 RMB PER MONTH

Monthly Salary - 8,000 to 10,000 RMB (after tax) depending on qualifications, experience
Monthly Housing Allowance - 1,800 to 2,000 RMB (depending on location)
Yearly Flight Allowance - 9000 RMB
Yearly Performance Bonus: up to 3,000 RMB
Loyalty Bonus (another year) - 3,000 RMB
Referral Bonus - 3,000 RMB
Annual leave: 10 paid annual leave days plus 11 national holidays for the first year.
