The Echo English positions are currently in demand. We are looking for a couple of teachers for our Xiaoshan Campus, Rainbow City Campus, and LongHu Campus.

Location: Binjiang or Xiaoshan or Xihu District, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province.

Monthly Salary: The basic salary will be 7000 RMB/m~14000 RMB/m. With Overtime Pay from 100 RMB/h ~170 RMB/h .

House allowance: 2500 RMB/m.

Quarterly bonus: 3000RMB.

Yearly bonus: 6000RMB for the 1^st year’s contract & 8000 RMB for the 2^nd years’

Teaching Time: 22 teaching hours / week.

Office hours: 10 hours / week

Holidays: 20 days during a one year contract

 Currently we have 20 Foreign Experts employed between three campuses. This position is very demanding in both work and office time but we offer better pay and better incentives compared to TEFL Positions. We only employ experienced teachers who have a record of excellence and professionalism in their previous employment. Our positions are competitive meaning that the best of a pool of candidate interviews will be selected and offered a position with Echo English Training Centers. Teachers are guaranteed 2 days off a week (not necessarily consecutive) and at a maximum of 22 hours of teaching with minimum of 10 hours of office time.

 Student’s ages range from 3 years old to 12 years old with some older students and adults in special classes or VIP lessons. There will be about 12 kids in one classroom and there is a Chinese female assistant teacher in each class together with foreign teacher to do the class.

 From Monday to Friday, the first class begins at 4:10 pm, and the last class ends at about 8:40 pm, each class last 1 hour with 10 minutes break in middle. Foreign teachers are required to arrive in school at 3:00 pm to prepare for the lesson well. For Saturday and Sunday, we have classes all day long. The first class begin at 8:30am, the last class ends at 8:40/9:00 pm.

 To give some more information on the school which caters mainly to young learners from ages 3-12 and so it will employ many learning games and songs in the classroom. As well as teaching, the school organize various other activities such as summer/ winter vocation class where students came during the holidays to learn art, cooking and sports skills in an English speaking environment. The school also hosts many parties such as Halloween Party, Thanksgiving Party, Harvest Party, Christmas Decoration Party, New Year Party, Valentine’s Party and many others during the whole teaching period.

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Native English Speaker or with excellent English speaking

- A team player with excellent communication skill

- 2 years of working experience (not limited to teaching)

- 120 hours TEFL certification
