We are hiring ESL teachers for teaching Adults in Dongguan city

JOB DETAILS

• Student ages: While many educational centers teach children, we focus on older students, such as teenagers (10-18) and adults (18+). 

• For foreign teachers, that means not only is it easier for you to manage the classes, but it’s also a great opportunity to easily make local friends. Having local friends is the best way to be introduced to Chinese culture and way of life, and of course, they can help with any language barriers you might encounter.

• Teaching young adults  will give you more time to spend with your kids and family. 

• Class size: can be 1 on 1, 1 on 4, or 1 on 10

• 35 working hours per week (including teaching hours and office hours)

• 2 days off every week, usually on weekdays.  

• Two types of shift work:  

• Morning shift: 9/10 AM – 5/6 PM  

• Evening shift: 1/2 PM – 9/10PM

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2 years of teaching experience OR 120 hour in-class TEFL / CELTA certificate

• Outgoing, dedicated, professional

OUR DECENT OFFER

• Monthly salary: 16,000 - 21,000 RMB (including housing allowance)

• Quarterly bonus: up to RMB 2,500 (depend on quarterly performance results) 

• Air ticket allowance: RMB 8,000 per year (reimburse up to RMB 4,000 in the 1st month of contract.)

• Visa: up to RMB 6,000 will be reimbursed: up to RMB 2,000 for each document’s authentication (TEFL certificate, Degree certificate and Background check) 

• Medical check: up to RMB 1,700 will be reimbursed

• Residence Permit: up to RMB 800 will be reimbursed. 

• Contract Renewal Bonus：RMB 3,000-6,000 

• Free arrival hotel: up to 7 days 

• Holidays: 10 days annual leave, 11 days Chinese public holidays and 1 day Christmas

• Insurance: One year Accident and Health Insurance coverage.
