Teaching experience!

1. Student age range: 3-12 years old.

2. Class size: 8 to 15 students per class.

3. Class length: 45 minutes per class.

4. Working Hours: Total 40 Hours per week including 25 teaching hours per week and 15 office hours, from Wednesday to Friday 12:30am to 8:30pm, weekends 9am: to 6:30pm.

5. Curriculum: We have appointed teaching materials "My little world” "Pearson”, teachers will create their own lesson plans accordingly. 

6. Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a Chinese teacher.

7. Training: You will receive 5 paid days initial training. Your first month’s salary is calculated on training days plus working days in your assigned centres.

Who are we looking for?

5 ESL teachers for late 2019 or early 2020 start. Following are the requirements:

1. Qualification:  Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).

2. Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.

3. Must be willing to relocate to Nanjing, China.

4. Love working with Kids

5. Candidates who can arrive as soon as possible are preferred.

1. Monthly income: 20,000 - 25,000 RMB before tax  

2. Airfare bonus: 6,000 RMB (received by the end of contract)

3. One-way flight to China ticket provided upfront

4. Visa: Cover 80% of visa expense upfront

5. TEFL: Free TEFL supported

6. Class renewal bonus: calculated by teacher´s performance data.

7. Insurance: Accidence insurance.

8. Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays paid off, Christmas and New Year´s Day paid off.  

9. Annual Holiday: 1st year teacher has 5 paid days´ annual leave.

10. Sick Leave: paid sick leave 3-days.
