BIBS was first established in 1993 and managed by the Beanstalk Education Group. It is a K-12 and Kindergarten international school system with 4 campuses in Beijing and Chengdu.

Job details:

1. Students age: Preschool and Kindergarten students

2. Class size: 15 to 22 students per class

3. Working hour: Mon - Fri (8 AM - 5 PM)

4. 1 hour for lunch break 

5. Work with 1 - 2 Chinese Homeroom teacher in each class

Requirements:

1. Native English speakers.

2. Have Bachelor degree at least, BA in Education or Early Childhood Education preferably

3. Teacher with international teaching license will be a plus point

4. TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate

5. Have at least 1 years teaching experience at International school.

6. Willing to commit with 2 year - contract.

Compensation and benefits:

1. Salary: 18,000 RMB - 22,000 RMB after tax (depends on qualification and experience).

2. This salary is negotiable if you are a solid experience teacher for Preschool and Kindergarten students at International school and very qualified with BA in Education or Early Childhood Education.

3. 4000 RMB housing allowance on top.

4. 2 way flight tickets sponsored by school.

5. International insurance provided.

6. Home leave allowance up to 10,000 RMB.

7. Relocation bonus of 5000 RMB.
