Located in the ancient capital and UNESCO World Heritage city of Ayutthaya, Language Services is currently offering opportunities to native English speakers or near native English speakers with and without teaching experiences to teach English and gain actual teaching experiences at our government primary and secondary schools network which are located at different locations in Thailand. They need friendly native or near English speakers who are eager to teach English, learn Thai culture and be a part of the community.



QUALIFICATIONS

A)Full-time Positions (Our target schools are located in provinces, districts and countryside). 
For applicants with teaching experiences, the salaries offered range from 30,000 to 40,000 baht per month (almost 2 times of a Thai teacher’s starting salary). Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field with some teaching experiences. Teaching period per week is 18-20 hours, Mondays-Fridays. Visa and work permit are facilitated by the schools’ staff. The positions start May 16, 2018. For selected candidates who are new to Thailand without and have no teaching experiences with Thai children, you will be required to attend a 3-day training and orientation program at the Beach Garden Hotel at Cha-am Beach in Phetchaburi province on 5-7 May 2018. https://www.beachgardenhuahinchaam.com/ 

B)Trainee Positions 
For those without or very limited teaching experiences and new to Thailand, you are welcome to gain confidence in teaching, get familiarized with nature of Thai students, culture, and learn how to teach by volunteering as our English language trainees. The program includes practice teaching at English camps, observe classrooms, and assist Thai teachers as their assistants. Accommodation during the training as well as a stipend for meals of 6,000 baht/month are provided for the selected candidates. We open all year round for these positions. After the practice, you will be awarded a certificate of teaching English and considered for full-time positions. There is no fee to join the program. 

C)Part-time English Camp Staff 
LS has been conducting English Camp projects for schools all over Thailand since 2000. We welcome new staff who want to gain teaching experiences and be part of our experienced team all year round. D)Internship and Culture Immersion Program (ICIP) 
This position is aimed for final year university students who want to earn university credits by teaching English to Thai children at a Thai school for 4 months. (1 school term). New graduates are also welcome to join the program. Primary and secondary schools in our network are located in different parts of Thailand. The program promotes teaching English and Thai culture immersion. The positions start two times per year May 16 (Term 1) and November 1 (Term 2).
