1. Qualifications

1. &nbs p; &nbs p; Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK and Australia are preferable.

2. &nbs p; &nbs p; Bachelor degree or above, teaching certificates are necessary *

3. &nbs p; &nbs p; Background in subjects including but not limited to math, physics, chemistry, biology, IT, English literature, social studies, business, etc. *

4. &nbs p; &nbs p; Teaching experience above 2 years is preferable.

5. &nbs p; &nbs p; Good command of communication skill

6. &nbs p; &nbs p; Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures

2. Salary:

1. &nbs p; &nbs p; Salary scales for program teachers are based on teachers’ edu cational background an d work experience as bellow:

2. &nbs p; &nbs p; 250000 RMB/year (before tax ) as starting point and 10000 RMB/year (befo re tax) added with the increase of work experience/year. The maximum salary is 320000 RMB/year (before tax).

3. &nbs p; &nbs p; The contract is 12 months among which work months are little l ess than 10 months, 2 months are holiday months.

3. Benefits

1. &nbs p; &nbs p; Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residence permit for the teacher.

2. &nbs p; &nbs p; Medical Insurance: The school offers Ping An Health Group Medical Insurance.

3. &nbs p; &nbs p; Airfare: To reimburse 2000 US dollars for the teacher’ s economy class round trip airplane ticket upon completion of the contract.&nbs p;

4. &nbs p; &nbs p; Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment with furniture and appliances. From the cont inuous second contract year, the school can offer renting allowance.

5. &nbs p; &nbs p; Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year

4. Workload

1. &nbs p; &nbs p; 30 teaching periods (40 minutes per period) are the full weekly workloads (from Monday to Friday, except for holidays).

2. &nbs p; &nbs p; Work in the office for at least two hours per day Monday through Friday.
