   3. Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of English classes to a range of abilities

• Use your creative skills to develop classes and other events

• Ensure students learn in an engaging manner

• Attendance and participation of weekly meeting/training sessions

4. Requirements

• Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland

• Bachelor’s degree

• 120 hour TEFL certificate

• 2 years of teaching experience preferred

• Outgoing, dedicated, professional

1. Salary and compensation packages

• $1800 – $2600 per month for Beijing, Guangzhou & Shenzhen

• $1800 – $2300 per month for other locations (depending on teaching experience)

• Housing allowance of $200 – $400 depending on the city

• 12 days Chinese National holidays + 10 days of annual leave

• Flight allowance

• $350 quarterly performance bonus
