1. Full-time English teachers needed in Beijing to teach advanced EFL young learners on general

English ( Citizen Z ) and co-develop cu rriculum design.

Full-time English teachers needed in Beijing to teach intermediate EFL teenage learners in Unlock

class, and co-develop curriculum desig n.

Unlock is a series of textbook developed by the Cambridge University Press. It consists of four basic

components including Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking, aiming at developing students ’

critical thinking as well as language skills. The FT English teachers needed here will mainl y teach the

Speaking section in the classroom setting, creating an interactive environment f or students to

enhance speaking and thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

Participate in week-day work in development of a core curriculu m framework for K-12 reading, writ ing,

listening, speaking, vocabulary and grammar lessons.

Create a body of supplementary course material s based on the curriculum framewor k, including

researching, developing, and editing educ ational products (bo th teachers’ and students&rs quo; materials);

Participate in every step of educational product development, including revising materials based on in-class experience, teacher recommendations, st udent performance, and changing ed ucational standards;

Develop and polish teaching methods for course given Teach English classes following lesson plans provided, including listening, spe aking, writing, etc. (to

deliver English lessons to 5-10 classes of G1-G6 or G7-G9 students per week with ea ch class lasting2.5-3 hours)

To evaluate students ’ progre ss, mark students ’ homework or projects and provide ongoing

feedback.

Schedule:

Spring + + Aut umn:

Office Work: Wed. to Frid ay 9:3 0-18: 30(i ncluding 1 -hour lunch break)

Teaching: Friday (18:00-21:05) + Sat.+ Su n. (8: 25-21:05) Summer + + Winter:

Office Work: Wed. to Frid ay 9:3 0-18: 30 (provid ed teacher doesn&rsq uo;t have any classes to teach dur ing these days.)

Teaching:

Summer: 5 days working 1 day off 5 days working (office work isn’t ne ede d duri ng lessons)

Winter: 7 days working 1 d ay off (office work isn’t ne ede d duri ng lessons)

Monthly Salary:

5,000-10,000 r for e office, work, g teaching s as l well s a s g housing allowance

Other benefits: Flight ticket to China and back to the home country will be booked by the company

Working visa agency fee will be covered (Any other fees incurred during the visa process including but not limited to documents, health check fees will be covered by the candidates themselves)

Professional teacher de velopment and training programs

Job Requirements:

Grad school: Top 30 U niversities in the U. S. or Top 20 Universities in the U. K.

Degree: MA or above in teaching-rel ated field (Education, linguistics o r English degree are preferred)

Experience in English Material Development is preferred.

Certificates in English teaching, such as CELTA, DELTA a re preferred.

Preferably with TESO L/TEFL or related English certificates preferred.

ESL/EFL teaching exp erience is preferred

Highly interactive with student in class; lively and energetic while teaching

Passionate about teaching YLs, out-going, responsible, creative

Speak English at an idiomatic level (with no accent since we are teaching non-native young learners authentic English)

Being able to work during some holidays.
