- Students: 3 - 12 years old mainly
- Class size: 10 - 14 students/class
- 36 working hours/week
- Teaching assistant is available
- Teaching materials and pre-prepared lesson plans are provided
- Orientation and ongoing training program
- Native English teachers
- BA degree at least
- TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA or 2 years teaching experience is a must.
- Free flight ticket upfront to China.
- Base salary: 15,500 - 17,000 RMB after tax
- Housing allowance: 2000 RMB
- Airfare bonus at the end of contract: 8000 RMB
- Demo lesson and performance bonus are available.
- Health insurance and Dental insurance are available.
- Visa fee reimbursement: 1300 RMB
